At VELTRIX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you face any issues with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged product
• You received a defective product
• You received a wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• Clear images or videos of the issue must be provided as proof
Non-Returnable Conditions:
• Products returned due to size issues
• Slight color differences due to screen variations
• Minor printing variations
Since all our T-shirts are made using a print-on-demand process, each product is specially printed after an order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns for size or preference-related reasons.
Refund Process:
Once your return request is approved:
• The product will be picked up (if applicable)
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders:
• Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our policy criteria.
